When you fill out this information and send it to me I will set up a web page, which will be generated directly from the multiple listing service data base. An email with the web page link will be sent to you. You will see all new listings, the same day that they are posted to the MLS, any price changes to existing listings and any property that has sold. You will be emailed when the web page is updated.

Included with each listing will be pictures of the properties, a description of the property and the address of the property. You will be able to make and save notes on each property that interests you and email me for more information. It is a pretty good system and you can opt out at anytime.

I suggest making your initial search somewhat broad. As you dial in what and where you want to live I can narrow the search parameters down to home size, subdivisions etc.
